I've got a Cheep Question? 318 Springs on a Vert you say- Works/Lowers it. Would a set of ''I'' / ''E'' Stock Springs do the same? I know Verts are Heavier which would achieve a lower stance because of the weight difference approximately 800lbs but would it be To Low for Stock Vert Shocks? and What would it do to the camber issue?

Your wheel rate will be significantly down from a 318i and you'll be quite a bit lower as a 318i is ~2400lbs and a cabrio is ~3000lbs. That's a huge weight difference. From a regular 325i (~2800-2900lbs) you might be able to get away with it.
Personally I would go for springs designed for your car. Do it right the first time.
