    spring issue after lowering

I lowered my car a week ago, and when I turn the wheels from a stand still there was a noise coming from the suspension...looked under and realized as my buddy turned the wheels that the springs were turning or slipping I should say, the guy at the alignment shop said I have to correct the 3 degrees of negative camber and that should take car of the issue..anyone here experience this..any validity to what the alignment guy is talking about. Will a camber kit be in my horizon soon? Oh and when I am driving if I take a left turn the car seems to stay to the left until I turn right and then the car tracks perfectly straight.

The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
