spring ?

I had Eibach Pro's on my car before the 5 lug swap. I am looking for new springs. I liked the stance of them but I see most of you are runing H&R race or sports I am not sure what ones. I had H&R's on my ix and felt they were too soft. I DD my car in the summer and am going to be going to a lot of auto X's and track events this year. I am just wondering what springs to get. Any Ideas. O what do you think of the IE stage 3 Eibach's I think that is my choice at the moment.

IE Stage 3 and H&R Race springs are essentially equivalent. Rather stiff for a DD, but work fine on the track.

ANYTHING is going to be stiffer then the Pro-Kits.
