How to best adjust sway bar links?

I have a set of front and rear ST sway bar kit, with IE front adjustable links,

what would be the best way to adjust the links?, front and rear are adjustable,

    Thanks, Mario

I'd suggest that you adjust the end links so that the sways are level or angled slightly down when the car is resting on the wheels.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

it's easy if you have some ramps you can drive on, or at least a couple of 2x4's to get some ground clearance so you can reach under the car

^+1, the car needs to be resting on the wheels (on a level surface) when you are adjusting the links. Disconnect one side, adjust the other side so that the bar is level/just below level when on the wheels and then adjust the disconnected side so that it slips right into the hole without any force.

Well I did the rear, with angled slightly down,

but there is not enough space to adjust the front bar level or angled slightly down when the car is resting,

with the links adjusted to the max the bar is angled slightly up,

            any recommendations?

I'm going to be doing this soon also, so do you need all four wheels blocked or just the fronts?

                That will be fine.

You can do it with only one end up, but it would be best to have the car level.

                  That's what I thought--thanks a lot for the confirmation!
