    lowering springs W/ stock struts

    could i do this or no?
    im about to buy some H&R sport springs for my E30 325
    but till i get my pay check i cant get some decent stuts.

    you could do it but dont expect your stock struts to last long.
    just buy springs but wait to install them til you get your struts to match them

      Don't bother. It is a lot of work to replace the front strut inserts and once you install the springs, it would be a peice of cake to replace them then. If you wait, you will just have to do all the same work twice. The stock shocks won't last very long either so the car isn't going to feel good at all.
