m3 Spring Rates vs. HR Sport Spring Rates

My car came already equipped with m3 front springs. I've recently acquired some H&R sports also. Just curious, what are the spring rates on each of these sets? I'm pretty sure the H&R's are an upgrade, but how much?

H&R sport Front:180 back:380

ive never seen a "light" color. ive seen dark gray (charcoal), black and dark almost navy blue. in the h&r race ive only seen red.

What is the ride-height difference between e30 M3 and H&R Sport springs? I currently have m3 springs on my m42 318i. How much lower can I expect to go if I switch to the 50406 H&R Sports? Thanks.

Light blue/grey are usually 50404-55, O.E. Sport springs for a 325/M3 but considered a "Sport" for M42 318's. Dark blue is 50406, 325/M3 Sport spring.
