that's up to you. Personally, I'd save that little money and get IE Greens, and spend $37 more to get TABs from IE as well.

so in time of emergency, I had to reuse AKG CABs...

I took 600 grit sand paper and sanded down inside of the bushing ever so lightly, then did the same to control arm. I put no lube on it at all. Drove around all day, not a squeak out of them. I'll report if this is an easy fix for AKGs in a few weeks or whenever they start squeaking.

Likely going E30 M3 OE CABs, but not sure about the back end.

Update: I've put over 10k miles on those same AKG CABs. Still not a squeak. I can't explain this at all, but I am quite happy with them. After they squeaked for over a year with all kinds of lubes, they are incredibly quiet now without any grease.

I am running e36 m3 control arms, so I am wondering, if control arm itself is slightly different at CAB. Either way, so far so good.

Has anybody else had problems with PF CAB's splitting in half? I have the offset ones that I installed on new Meyle control arms. The left one split on installation. Sent it in, got a new one back that had the left part number, but was a right bushing. I'm on the third one now with about 3k miles on the car and both the right and left have split most of the way through.

do you put urethane grease in? I am not sure what your problem may be, show some pics. How do you install them?

... and which design do you have new or old one? Where do you get them from?

I ordered THR eyeball arms almost three weeks ago. Over the phone. Still haven't gotten em, sent them an email, no reply. I think I just need to call em again.

Would have liked to get these things in sooner. I also need to put my RSFB's in that's for this weekend.

EDIT: everything's good. Called em up.

Not really an issue as the THR's are about as solid as you'll get unless you weld the arm to the frame.

you can make CABs as stiff as you want, but remember to have enough flexibility to allow ball-joints to do what they're supposed to do. Popping aluminum into lollipops is asking for trouble and you may have a catastrophic failure. THRs are quite possibly the best off the shelf solid option, after that you can fab your on spherical bearing CABs.
