Steering slop help! Slop in rack? Airbag vs Non-Airbag Knuckle differences?

Got the new rack in. Does not appear to have the same issues so far. Car is still up on stands, will check back after alignment... after the motor is in... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

New rack is in and I finally got to drive the car a bit. The new steering rack did the trick, I don't feel any play in the wheel. I will check a little later today by wiggling the wheel to confirm.

I also managed to shorten the spacers for the column enough to allow me to put the rack spacers on top of the rack to reduce bump steer. The previous owner used a kit off the forum that ended up being a bit long and I couldn't move the top knuckle piece on the shaft at all.
