stretched tires to non stretched wheels

I am currently running 16x9 type As all the way around. I have a pair of 16x7.5s as well and am thinking I would like to switch to staggered. The 9s poke to much in the front and I am not digging the way it looks.

Will there be any issue moving the tires from the 9s to the 7.5s? They have been on the 9s for about a month. I was unsure if stretching the tires will cause problems when not stretching them.

No there will be no problem putting the tires on the smaller wheels.

thanks, already done. looking better, now I need some 5mm spacers to move them out just a bit.
