I am now. I did one auto x with them and loved it. But I am also not experienced (4 auto x total). So I dont know how well my judgment is. Anyone else experienced them?

I haven't personally run them but they won the street tire shootout in Grassroots Motorsports and are supposed to be the new fastest tire in STS.The grilles really distract you from the fact that someone took a sledgehammer to the front end. -

I run them on my 135i in STU - I had them shaved to 6/32's and have them mounted on CSL replicas, so I only run them at the track. The XSs were roughly $400 cheaper compared to RE11s....
Anyway .......... It takes one run to get them to "operating temp" ..... in other words, they are quite squirrely/slippery on the 1st run ...... but after that they are damn good. I have been Auto-crossing since 2002.
A buddy of mine runs then on his 04 STI in STU with me and he says the same thing ....
Star Specs are a good option as well...................Leave now before I shed my human form and kill youComment
