I finally got me a set of basketweaves. I got them at a exellent price and they were good people. they were advertised on CL as 15x7 so im thinking euroweaves right? but on the actual wheels they say
6 1/2 Jx14H2. it sounds like they are US spec. i decide to take out my tape measure and see for myself, low and behold they measure 15in!
these are my first weaves and i can prolly get some pics if needed. just help me figure out what i got. thanks.

answer to inevitable questions:
1. no im not drunk/high/wasted.
2. i did make sure the tape measure was straight down the middle.
3. i did not pay the average Euroweave price.
4. i am really not drunk/high/wasted.

Yeah my 14" weaves measure a little over 15" at the lip. It's because (I believe) wheel size is measured at the bead seat, not at the lip. So you have US spec weaves, and thus would buy size-14" tires.

thanks man for confirming that. i thought i had just lucked out and got a set of euroweaves for $150. either way you slice its a good price. btw i have some pretty brand new tires 195/60 R14 is it safe to run my baskets on them? i wouldnt want to waste them on hubcaps

195/60 -14 is the stock size. Same size I'm running. So yeah, throw 'em on there.

Funny thread guys. I got a laugh. LOL. BTW everything I have ever seen says the stock size tire is a 195/65/14. Did the weaves run a shorter profile? The 195/60/14 is just a little shorter.

195/65/14 = 23.980

195/60/14 = 23.212

Yeah I guess 65 is stock, you're right. But 60 don't hurt nobody.
