Looking at a set of RM's...

I'm thinking that I want to run 15x8 all around. But I have a few questions,

With 15x8 ET14 will I need to run any spacers?


Tire size in the All things BBS thread preferred tire size is 195/45. I have a set of 205/50s. Would they work? I'm just not looking for to much stretch.
