Is it bad to drive on an Unballanced tire for say 200 miles?? Just wondering.

Tires being out of balance can lead to "choppy" wear, but it would take a very long time to do that to a tire.
Just wait until you get your new tires, but make sure you balance them and keep them rotated and balance (every other oil change).Comment

You are balancing the wheel and tire combination. The idea is to find the "high" and "low" spots, and to add weight to make them even.
This is commonly referred to as "balancing the tires" because the tires have the high and low spots, not the wheels.Comment
