The broken one should have been obvious but even if he says as is it doesnt give the seller a right to lie about what he is selling. That sucks and i say you should show up at his door step and teach him a leason.
thought about that too w/ bricks and jack my rims back
He said he'll send me replacement money 300$ to have the rims fixed.
I'm getting some xxr's hopefully. Still need tires
I will need some wheel spacers 10mm if anybody has some to sell for cheaper than 100$ let me know.
Otherwise it'll take a month or so for me to get my wheels going.
