    BBS RG2

I searched but couldn't find anything

Any of you have pics of an E30 with bbs rg2's on it.
I know these wheels are rare....much would they go for?

Are you looking into buying the ones with centre cap, or the set with open/exposed lug nuts?
Pretty cool wheels. I know that BBS Japan still carries both, so it shouldn't be too hard to find them.

I haven't actually seen them yet, but from what I hear it sounds like they're the open ones.
All of the sites that have them on it are in Japanese so I can't read it to find any pics rather than just the wheel by itself.

        Lil bit of info

        Pic from BBS Japan:

The 16" wheels are 6kg, 1pc construction. It's around 16-17lbs (?) - you can do an accurate conversion somewhere.
As far as I know (unless there are NLA models), the open lug RG-II's only come in 16x7 (for 4x100s at least), and is ET40. (Wheelspecs says otherwise, but i got the "ET40" info from BBS Japan. You can be the judge as to which one is correct)

The wheel looks alright. Not really anythign special about them - i guess this wheel could be comparable to the BBS RX.

It shouldn't be worth much more than the RX, if not less - considering if you bend the wheel, finding a 1 wheel or 2 wheels will be a pain in the ass.

BBS RG-Rs, 17" would be another story, I would love to have those on my lil 318 :D

That's pretty much what I was thinking
There's a local guy selling a set for 1500 CAN
But like you said, replacing one or two would be near impossible

o ya i know which wheels you are talking about now. Yah 1500 is a lil too much, especially since the tires that's on that car is undersized for our cars, and I don't think its got much life left on them.
Close to 1000 for good tires, another couple hundred for quality spacers and longer bolts . . . close to 3000. I thougth about those wheels too, but I decided it's not for me.

BBS Japan doesn't equal BBS USA.

                    no way really? :?

that's what we've been talking about the whole time, and how it would be hard to replace a wheel if damaged.

I see no mention of that fact.

excuse me for attempting to offer some insight.
