17x8 tire size options?

I bought a set of bbs rc reps, 17x8 offset is 25. They come UPS tomorrow and I want to get tires on them asap! I already have a winter/wheel combo so these are going to be summer tires. Tirerack says I should buy 205/45/17. Or should I go with 215/40/17 which for some reason is cheaper and puts more rubber on the pavement... My car is on H&R OE sports so Im not that low, I'm willing to roll the renders a little bit, but don't want to deal with rubbing. Will I have rubbing issues with 215/45/17? Im also considering UHPs as they are a good price. Any feedback on these tires?

205 is wayyy too small for 17x8. I run 225s on my 15x7s.

225/40-17, 235/40-17, 245/35-17

215/40/17 for no rolling, 235/40/17 with rolling.

I test fitted the wheels today and I have about 10mm or less from the inside strut so I think im gona have to run 215 exclain UHPs and nothing bigger. Once I get tires and wheels mounted I'll put pics under member rides, thanks for the advices
