275/35/15's under BMP design flares ?

Anyone considered this? i'm trying to fit the maximum tire possible under my BMP flares on my plastic bumper E30. Before I wast a bunch of money on some 15x9's and a 275 hoosier, any thoughts ?

I'm sure you could make it work, but the BMP flares are really only an inch wider than stock. I'd look for some bigger flares.

et17 but on a 17x10 wheel. They had about 2 millimeters of clearance to the control arm.

They are 5 lug off my friends e34, so I didn't get to drive on them. Even with camber they rubbed the fender a little, and that's with pretty pulled fenders. I'll bet 265's would fit, but you would need real stiff suspension.

275 hoosiers are going to be much wider than those street tires.

245/50/15? interesting. I've never seen anyone use that size before.

I would have just gone with 225/50 or 225/45 though. Those are crazy tall, and only .3" wider than 225s

Let us know how you like them.

Since that size is not offered by Hoosier (at least it's not listed on their site) I figured you made a typo. So, maybe you can't read the sidewall?

We were able to fit 275-35-15's Hoosier A6's all around, but then again we dont have stock fenders. I dont see how it can be done without some type of addition flare added to the rear quarter

245/50/15. It's pretty easy to deduce which tires size i'm talking about if you bothered to look at the hoosier website.
