    Weaves + Snow

I (stupidly) put my snow tires on my basketweaves. Now I'm thinking that is not such a good idea as snow/salt/crap will collect in them. Even if it won't cause any problems with the car, they will puddle in my garage. Only thing I can think of is to run the windshield brush over them before pulling in the garage.

Anyone in a similar situation? Are bottlecaps less of a pain? I have some steelies but the hub size is too small, should I just get those bored out?

i'm thinking it's not going to matter either way. you're going to get snow collecting under your car, in the wheel wells, and just about every other place it can find purchase. either dont drive it in the snow, or dont park it in the garage.

or get one of those rubber mats to park your car on for the garage.

the snow gets caked in my weaves as well but short of not driving in the snow there nothing you can really do.

I had my snows on weaves and it was just a pain to keep them clean so I swapped them over to a set of bottlecaps this year.
