it's just paint, not any form of lighting. i doubt it would be illegal, although it would be distracting.

It'd be pretty cool doing a whole car in that vinyl. Except it might attract too much attention with the cops. But it would be pretty cool to do a shoot somewhere really dark with that vinyl.
