Let me help you remember correct.

Sold it not because I couldnt finish it on my car. Sold it because I got rid of the car. Moved and had no room to take it with..

If I remember right, The car we finished fitting it on came out perfect.

I think stock bumper core is better than MDF and wood screws.

smooth. but not the bumper you f-d. anstead can confirm that. as could the pictures that were in the thread. but you deleted them as soon as i called it out and posted my way to mount it.

therwere no wood screws ever holding any of my bumpers on ;)the fg/mdf blocks were plenty strong to hold real bolts through the factory mounting points.

                would result in nothing.

this argument was over years ago. just cought my eye that you of all people had the lol first thing when yours was no better. the shotgun patterned rivets was up to par with my mdf cored fiberglass mounts.

i switched to aluminum mounts later on and you sold everything. this is all old news.

you should spend some time scouring the vortex classifieds, and also possibly get comfortable with the thought of adapters, those are your best shots at getting anything worth running for $600 or less.

or get a real budget. :p

Go for R10 ROnals (Ronal turbo) or R50 Aero Ronals. That's the closest and cheapest you'll get to the TH line look ;)

Yea, I looked at those as a temp fix until I found what I was looking for. Do you know if you can get rid of the logos on the face of the wheel, or are they stamped into the material?

Well, technically I could if I got some steel reinforced filler.
