Here's a few pics of my previous rides.

    1998 SVT Contour #2356 of 11445.

This car scraped on damn near everything around here and it really wasn't that low either.

This Accord was the worst for scraping..

The only thing that sucks is the roads around here...don't know how low exactly I want to go with this car as it's my daily and all I need is to f something up on our shit roads and I'm screwed majorly.

already have some lowering springs from PO. However the 2 factory struts (Front) and 2 tokikos (rear) gotta go! I'm looking into bilsteins. Don't know what springs are on it right now, all I can tell you from when I had it on a lift at work is that the springs are red which doesn't narrow it down much... Here are some recent pics for reference to ride height as it is now.

Don't forget suspension. Nothing looks worse than aftermarket wheels at stock ride height.

That's exactly what they are. Looks like typical flush E30 fitment--16x8 ET0. Could be 16x7 ET15, but front spacing is a bit over an inch less.

I think you're right on with your guess on the sportmaxes.
I think those one's come in et15 or et0, and trust me -- no one's putting spacers on those.
    They stick out far enough.

    Wheel Identification Question

I was wondering what wheels these are, they look like sportmax xxr 513s but I'm not sure, anyone know what they are? Also, what size and offset/spacers would give the look like the one in the pic?. Tire recommendations?

    Thanks
