Painting wheels

I am thinking of painting my baskets black and am wondering what kind of paint you guys would rerccomend I use. I want to do this on somewhat of a budget so please don't suggest some sort of expensive wheel paint. But I want something durable that won't chip or flake off. Any suggestions would be awesome.

I've always heard that Würth was a good paint.
