Fitment Question for Running Keskin Kt1's

Just got a new set of wheels and have some questions?

Would fender need to be rolled to run 16X9 on the rear and 16X7.5 on the front with my H&R lowering springs?
Also what tires would be needed on this set of Keskin KT1's?
