I was thinking of putting these on my stock weaves for winter tires. I have a friend who had a civic and he has bridgestone potenzas in the above size. I realize the tires is shorter and narrower and the speedo will be off. Has anybody run this size of tire?

I actually had those on my car and it sits way too low.
I was at stock ride height and I couldn't fit a jack under there, even from the side.
I got some real sized tires with a drop and now its much better.

So if all I have to pay is 40 bucks for the mounting, is it still bad. If the size sucks than it sucks. But if they aren't that bad, I would do it.

I ran that size for a while with no problems at all. I think your speedo will be off slightly more than it probably already is.

I'm running the same size, also got them for free. I can fit a jack under my car and it's pretty low. If you had trouble fitting a jack under it at stock height than you need a smaller jack.

Speedo is a little further off than normal, When the Speedometer reads 70 the GPS Reads 66 or 67.

i wouldn't recommend it for winter tires as you will lower your car significantly with these tires.

Agreed with above, I wouldn't pay for em, but if they're free go for it. Honestly I think bottlecaps look better with bigger tires anyhow, and they're a lot more practical.
