Made at different times or are from different batches? The first set of numbers is the product number for specs, and the set behind "made in germany" is the batch number.

Just my though. I'm not for sure.

hah right! that's it. i called H&R and they are directional. go figure huh.

I was just curious about the last numbers because i found these with the H&R extended bolts at the junk yard. i wanted to be curtain that i can mix and match them
