Very few options for a 215/45/16

Im looking for new tires for my car but I seem to be very limited in options for tires. The car has 16/7.5 rims in the front and 16/9 in the rear. The car curently has 215/45/16 RS2's front and rear. would any other sizes work better, I know a 205 would work up front but not in the rear. The two tires I have found are the Falken 615 and the Kuhmo ecsta Xs, any sugestions.
