    Can I run 0 +/- offset?

    Found a nice set of XXR 522 Rims! 15x8 or 16x8 +0 4x100
and would like to know If I can run 0 +/- offset..
    I have H&R sport springs and 15mm Drop-hats..
I know I'll have to roll my fenders...
Could I buy these and not have to worry about anything..

I was just looking at those wheels and I'm sure they look sexy as hell in person compared to your cell pics. what offset woudl you reccomend then? because I'm not big on wheels but would love to have a good set and not mess them up haha.
thanks man and thats the final decision i'm getting some 522's lol

yes they do sorry my cam has a dead battery currently, the zero offset is fine if you run the 205/45/16's tire and roll the fenders alot, but if you dont wanna do that much work id go with a +25 offset with the 16X8 and you can run up to a 225 wide tire w/o rubbing

I thought w/ a 8" wide wheel and a et25 you would hit the strut housing?

this. you'd probably need at least 2mm spacers.

It depends on the width of the inner barrell as well.

Um that doesn't even make sense...

The inner barrel effects the mounting surface which then measures against the centerline so the offset is the offset.

Here are some better pics of the wheels, again 16X8 with 0+ offset, 205/40/16 alot of rolling an some pulling of the fenders to get to where they wont rub

I know the offset is the offset, I was referring to 3 piece wheels where you can have different size barrells and interchange them. A 5.5" inner barrerll will give you more clearance from the strut than a 6" inner barrell would it not? Ok.

Yes you would get more clearance but you would also be changing the offset ;)

So no matter what the wheel configuration is, an 8" wide wheel w/ a 25offset will still have the same problem.

The inner barrell doesn't change the offset of the wheel, it changes the width but not the offset. If you change the lips then you start affecting the offset.

And yes a 8" wide wheel with 25et will have the same problem :)

As soon as you alter the width, whether it be the inner our outer, you are changing the offset as the centre line will be different
