wheel spacers for high offset wheels

I have been looking at inexpensive wheel options lately. Obviously, I'm only finding wheels in the et40mm range. Is anyone running 20mm spacers out there? I am reticent to run such a huge spacer, maybe someone can testify for them?

Depending on tire size, a 15mm spacer should work and is not bad, I run 15mm spacers in the rear and 10mm up front with no ill effects.
