Got My wheels back from powder coating...

snapped some pics of my wheels. these are the wheels i got from the pallet that kenkopperwheat arranged from the UK. they are euroooOOO weaves. more pics to come once they are mounted up.

they were silver...but so is EVERY1 else weaves...hence my change to something different. plus im going with a theme on my car...just wait a lil longer till my car is together and it will all make sense...hehe

if i had left the lip silver, they would look like yers....
it was $300 to sand blast and powder coat...they also fixed the lip a lil, b/c it was rashed all to hell. these wheels were really in terrible condition when i got them :? , even though they were advertised as good condition. but after dumping more money than they were worth new, they look how i want them to.

But on a car that color it might look good...if he gets rid of the chrome bumper and tints his windows. Hopefully the weaves don't blend into a mesh of blackness when you look at em. Although that may be why Jordan is dissing them in the first place.

I'd have to agree, I've never liked black wheels, polished lip or not. They always look like ass to me, takes away from the whole look of the car.

But you like em so thats all that matters.

70mm ones from Tirerack are pretty cheap...

I love black wheels, especially on alpine weiss cars. I think your wheels look great. If it were me, I would have gone flat black though, but you are not me. Post a pic of the car when you fit 'em.

If you don't have centercaps, but want centercaps (BBS ones, not BMW), then I have a set in dark blue that you could have powder coated for (probably) very cheap.
