I need wheel repair & fill and drill in PA

I got some style 19s i need to get redrilled from 5x120 to 4x100 as well as a lip repaired from someone hitting a diesel pothole or curb. I already talked to some guy named Rich at a wheel repair shop in huntingdon valley, PA but he was a bitch and wont weld the existing lug pattern and redrill 4x100.
