    Sportmaxx xxr06 17x9 et +20 4x100?

Hi guys I just bought a '91 e30 turbo that I plan to track and autocross. I'm looking at these Sportmaxx xxr006 17x9 +20et 4x100s. I want to run 275/40/17's on the car to get traction with the turbo.

Does anyone have any experience with these? Is the offset right? I'm also ordering GC's serious track coilover kit with race valved konis for the car, anyone know if the wheels will clear the front strut bottom spring plate? Or will I need spacers? Obviously I'm going to need to cut/flare the fenders, thats not an issue.

the 006s have a fake lip. it's not part of the wheel, they are krimped on.

^That sounds pretty ghetto. Can you reccomend me any 17x9 4x100 wheels that would fit an e30?

to be honest i just went out and bought a beat up set of style 19s and paid 380 to have them fill and drilled. they are 17x8 et 20. i did that because if you want a set of 17x9's pretty sure you're gonna pay a pretty penny. my buddy just sold a set of OZ futura's 5x114.3 for 1400.

i had the 006's on my car and i had to run a 1/2" spacer to clear the back.
Im sure you will need one on the front aswell. Wheels are kinda heavy but i drift my car and they slid great for me.

They might be good wheels but the fact of them having a fake krimped on lip is like wtf.
