    740i fill and re-drill

    Craigslist Ad.:
Set of 16's rim and tire came off an 740,
Chrome rims, tire has lots of meat left.

He only wants a $100 for 'em, I figure I can sell the tires to help pay for some proper fitting tires, and then simply fill and re-drill. Any input on my plan? Do you guys know the offset for these? My car's stock ride height right now, but I'll probably be lowering it real soon, so there may be some stretch and possibly poke if the offset allows... any comments good or bad are appreciated, I'm in Hawaii, so my CL wheels options(kinda broke) is limited to this tiny island!

What the guy above me said.
Front needs 10mm spacers to clear brakes.

      SEARCH!

You might want to look for a shop who can do it first. May not be even possible on your island. I helped a couple people cause they could not get them done in their state for a reasonable amount of money.

10mm? i thought it was 5mm. Or 3mm with some creativity.
