235/40/17

Will a 235/40/17 fit on a 17x7.5 rim? I've looked up tire specs and they say its for rims from 8"-9". Im just curious if the tire will look like a balloon on the rim.

I found a deal where a tire shop is selling GoodYear Eagle F1 tires, new for $256.00 for all four.

yeah. i ran 235/40/17 on my 17x7.5. twas square, and looked nice.

i even ran the kook z211 race tires in 235/40 and it was slight bubble, but more square. Id say go for it.
