I have to add to my own post...its weird Bryson, since you were the one who recommended that I buy these tires, and now you talk trash about them...I'll just have to buy Sport Cups next time, won't I.

I personally recommend Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's. Too bad they dont have them available in many sizes.

BFGoodrich G-Force Sports. Falken ZE-512's are also surprisingly badass tires.

Last I heard you can't push tires too hard sitting in the car making engine noises, so any rubber will be fine. :P

Any word on that they are like in the snow. I rarely deal with it, and would advoid it if possible, but I'll eventually get new tires for the G20 I'm getting this fall.

I liked the Potenza 950s I had pretty fairly in the snow.

Glad that made you giggle but it's not like my caris a neglected pile of shit and these are just an extra set of wheels, why spend a shitload on tires? Thanks though.

yeah, seriously. Matt is willing to throw down for wheels and engine crap he don't need.....but when it comes to safety or handling.....he couldn't give less of a shit!!!

he wants some cheap tires yo.

Falken Ziex are a plenty good tire

If I were buying some off brand Korean trash from Costco or Sam's Club, THAT would be a different story

they're good for $80/tire, and they hold power in a striaght line fairly well

Since I've only driven my e30 with a) bald AVS' b)Sport Cup 2's c) ES100's, it makes ES' seem like a good tire (because they would rank 2nd of the 3 tires), but over summer I'm going to the 225/50 SO3's, then I'll probably start talking trash about the ES' :D
