Your thoughts on my front wheel offset/fitment

    Guys,

I have e30 m3 suspension and am running 17x8.5 +13 Rondells on 235/40/17. I dont have any camber plates and are on H&R sport springs. I would like to get coilovers or a higher rate (lower stance) spring like IE stage 3s in the near future.

What do you guys think of my front fitment? too aggressive?

The issue of fronts poking more than rears is very common. I've seen it on a number of auto manufacturers. It becomes an aesthetic problem when dealing with aggressive fitments because you can see the relation to the fender line more easily.

In your case, some camber up front will help bring them in line. Spacers in the rear would help as well, but you may not have room for them on those late model arches.

I used a staggered setup to avoid the front-only-poke that I can't stand.

It seems like I would need alot of camber to make the fronts fit aesthicly (spelling) my other option is to run different wheels like a 17x8 +20

I agree and a narrower wheel is probably the route I'd go too.

Roll the fenders like mad and run 3 degrees of negative camber and you may not have any issues, but that's pretty aggressive. You could run the same size tire on a 17x8 et20. It would fit much better and traction wouldnt suffer much.

That would be so sexy, just get some spacers for the rears and roll the rear fenders cleanly.

I love the aggressive look of a wider stance, you can go too wide however. But yours is looking pretty damn perfect.

get gc camber plates for the front. You can play with ur camber and it will lower your car another half inch. Then get a spacer for the rear wheels and some thicker spring pads or just stack a couple. Should be perfect.

Switched over to some style 5s

Now I'm going to focus on coilovers and sways.

These Rondell 58s will be for sale soon
