Fill and Re-drill a 5 x 4.75 to 4 x 100?

I'm getting some BBS RS for cheap, reallyyy cheap, but they're 5 x 4.75 I was wondering if filling and re-drilling would work or my second thought would be getting a used RS's in 4 x 100 have it rebarreled with 3" inch lip?

usually the 5x whatever wheels have a larger centerbore which makes some shops leary about drilling them to 4x100. Usually they still will do it if you sign a waiver or something along those lines. As you said they will need to be filled. As long as the back of the wheel hub is flat it should be fine, depending on the offset that may not be the case.

Yeahh sad sad news, I called memoryfab near my area. They said it can be done, but its not that safe. sucks cause I'm getting the RS's trade for my itouch.

Run adapters. 5x120.65 will fit a 5x120 those gm bolt patterns have huge holes.
