    Wheel Refinish : Matching Finish?

Bought a set of wheels. One seems to have been refinished, very poorly.

Is it common to match this one wheel to the others same finish? The three appear like new in the standard wheel silver color.

Then a body shop to paint or a wheel repair shop or that difficult to make right and just powder/paint them all together for uniformity?

Or anyone try Duplicolor Wheel Paint?

there are places like wheel collision up in PA that refurb wheels to stock condition, but you'll pay a premium.
