Need tire sizing help !!

Borbet Type B 16x7.5 et30. Thinking of a 205-50 or 450 / Maybe a 215-45 or 50. Not a big fan of stretch. Any issues here with fitment in general. From research its looks like I need 10mm spacers for the rear. Is fender rolling going to be necessary ??
What's your opinion on tire size ^ ?

205/50/16 + 10/15mm spacers f/r should give you a pretty nice setup.

10mm front, 15 rear - look a little bit more agressive - or do I keep the spacers square. So . . no worries on the rear ? ? (fender roll)
