    Will this wheel/tire/adapter/spring combo work???

I'm thinking to put 16x8 style 5's ( +23 offset) on my e30 with Adaptec 4x100 to 5x120 adapters. They are 18mm thick in the front and 20mm thick in the rear. According to my calculations I will end up with +5 offset upfront and + 3 in the rear... car is lowered with H&R race/billy sports combo and e90 drop hats up front. tires are 205/ 50/ 16's.
    Is this doable???
I know I will have to roll and maybe slightly pull my fenders. Also I hope wheels won't be sticking out too much. Any input or maybe someone already tried this setup??? Thanks

I'm thinking you'll need more like a 205/45, but I'll let someone a bit more familiar with 16" setups give you an answer.

Im guessing from your avatar this is a late model. yes it's doable. get camber plates and pull those front fenders. Pull the FUCK out of the fronts if you don't want to stretch tire. roll your rears. no pulling should be necessary.

Edit: and no I do not know what camber plates will work with e90 drophats.

Yes, it is a late model 4 door.
Do I really have to pull a lot on the front fenders?
I guess I can go with 195/50/16 or 205/45/16 for the front but this will eliminate rotation of wheels. I was hoping to keep all the tires same size since my wheels are not staggered.

You don't have to pull your front fenders lol. Maybe a slight roll.
I was at et-3 up front on 205/45 tucking tire with some camber and nothing but a roll on my 5's.
Rears are a different story depending what tire you want to use.

sorry, I didn't see you tire size. 205-45 will be fine with rolled fenders. 205-50 will work on Billy/h&r but you'll by cutting it close with the drophats. I assumed you were going to run a proper tire size. I guess these days I should assume the latter since everyone to wants to stretch.

I will stick with 205/50 cause I have them and because I want to be able to rotate tires to help prolong tire life. Also I think it is a proper tire size.

              Thanks for your input guys.
