Ok I have a set of bbs rs 5x130 16x7 16x8 both et49 I need to know what size adapters ill need to make the lip flush with the fenders I'm on eibach lowering springs and drop hats. I'm thinking that 20mm in front and 25 to 30 rear but not sure. Also what size tire would be best? I have a fender roller so that's no problem.

it doesn't sound like you're super low, so i'd run 205/50s.

i'd run 25s in the front and 30s in the rear, that will have the wheels sitting nicely in the fenders without clearance issues.
