becuase there is less backspace with low offset, this brings the spokes of the wheel closer to the hub.

With my Grid V 15x8 +0 they touch on the backside of the wheel approx where ive marked

, on the inner part of the caliper.

by grinding a small amount off the edge of the caliper and smoothing it, along with a 3mm spacer i should be able to run them no problems.

If I get these I plan to run a 5-10mm spacer at the back to give it the poke to match the front guards. And then a grind at the caliper where you marked in the photo. I really want to avoid spacers at the front, I don't want to be shelling out more money for 4 spacers 2 is enough for my budget . But if it has to be done then i'll have to note the bullet because I really like these wheels along with the rota shakotans 15X9 et0 that funfgun is running but those wheels need more mucking around to get it to fit but with some negative camber and lots of stretch would look titties

i see they do the shakotan in a 15x8 +0, i might have to get a set for my 318is if i can get the grids over the caliper easily enough on the 2.7 car. the 15x9s are probably too extreme with how low id need to go to have them look good and with how shit my local roads are :(

Wow, didn't take long for Rota to rip the design for the new TE37Vs! They even used the same letter designation.

I tried it, front sticks way too much for my liking. Here's a photoshop:

So I'm guessing these won't clear rx7 calipers.

+0 plus spacers in front to clear brakes will push you out quite a bit if you don't have camber adjustment to dial it back in...

True, and the photoshop can't be too accurate.

Sorry too shit all over this thread, but I heard on the track that rota wheels break appart pretty easily. I love the look of their low offset wheel range but if I'm gonna be drifting every now and then on those drift practise nights I don't want my new investment to break appart easily

And who exactly races with Rota's?

A friend of mine who regularly drifts his car told me he saw it in a thread of a rota wheel centres literally separating from the lips when taken to the track driving over stuff like ripple strips.
Here is a link I gathered myself but that's all I could find, every other thread that spoke about these wheels always refered to this incident.

Maybe it was a one off
