custom center caps?

ARe these centercaps that cover only the hub custom, or can i purchase them somewhere? Im looking for the same effect for my 15in euro weaves

If I remember bottle cap thingamajigs fit in basket weaves, so I reckon its something similar into those wheels.

I tried that and they did NOT fit. too small.
