Where can I find 16 or 17" steelies?

Need to install some snow tires. Need some cheap steelies in 16" or 17" (to clear the big brakes) in 4X100 bolt pattern. Any ideas?

e46 steelies are 16 but thats not gonna help you, look into something from honda maybe?
