    Which tires run narrow?

I'm in the market for tires for my 17x8 and 17x9 style 5's. My ideal sizes would be 205/40 front and 225/40 rear, but since the latter size is fucking non-existant, looks like I'm going with a 215/40 front and 235/40 rear. I was wanting a slightly stretch look, but now I'm destined for a little meat.
My question is, which tires run narrow? I want the most narrow 235/40 I can find. I also need a matching 215/40. Hope to be rolling on 17's some time next week.

falken 512 from what Ive been reading. Yoko s drives and nexens are about the worst for trying to get stretch.

Yea, I've read about the 512s running narrow. Heard some bad things about them bubbling and road noise though.

Edit: And it doesn't look like they're available in 235/40.

I had some 235/40/17 Fuzion ZRi's before. They sucked for grip like the 512's, but if you are looking for narrow they run quite narrow. They weren't even close to square on a 17x8.

Yea, think I'll stray away from the fuzions and the 512's. I like the Yokohama Advan AD08. I've heard they run wide by like 10-15mm. Anybody have any experience with stretching these? I've been searching and can't find much on them. Was thinking I could go with more narrow sizes like a 195 front and 115 rear to achieve what I'm looking for maybe. Dunno about that steel belt in the sidewall, maybe too stiff? They have a dope tread pattern and I've seen nothing but good reviews. Might be the way to go...
