hubcentric rings for 17 inch style 5s?

I spoke to a forum member "Eric" who has a set of these wheels for sale and according to him (and common sense), I need 57.1mm ID and 74mm OD hub centric rings. Now where can I get these the quickest? I mean someone or some company must have these pre made by now, which would be nice.
