10mm spacers and converting to studs

i need opinions i wanna get 10mm spacers all round so i can run my borbets :) but i also wanna convert to studs and run the long lug nuts that are anodized what is my most budget friendly choice http://www.dragtimes.com/parts/20-AN...671062457.html these are the lugs :) wanna get red to match car and rims are gunna be white
