Will 16x7.5" et0 wheels fit?

Will these fit, with either 205 50 16, or 215 45 16, on an e30 lowered on h+r races?

You should be able to. 205/50 i think would be your best bet.

just search xxr 002. they are 16x8 et0 and they will fit exactly the same as your wheels.

the 1/2" difference (1/4" inside 1/4" outside) will not be noticable
