    eBay wheel locks?

Came across some wheel locks on eBay for $25, about $20 cheaper than the oem ones on pelican. What do you guys think, would you trust the ebay ones?

    Whats to trust?
    They are fine.
Also this style where the pattern is on the sides of the head as opposed to just on top of the head is preferred.

Thanks, was just wondering if they're good quality and not going to break when I tighten them lol. Have you used them?

I've bought locking lug bolts from ebay before and still have them in use 10+ years later.
Although not those or from that seller but that style is fine and is not likely to fail when tightening.

They would have to be made of some really shitty steel to break. I would not worry about it.

I'd worry more about the "socket" cracking, but even it looks pretty beefy. Might not fit down into the lug holes of some wheels though.

I'd be worried, I know a few people who have bought ebay/ pep boys wheel nuts and had them completely snap off at the head.

I wasn't sure, just wanted to throw some info in for him. I didn't see that you had used ebay ones either, missed that the first time.

The style that are prone to break or at least break the lock patter or the key itself are the ones that have the lock pattern on top of the bolthead.

This style where the keyed pattern runs down the sides of the bolthead are the preferred type.
