I need help guys ! i dont know what size tire to run ..

Ok , I have sportmax 501's . They are 16x8 , offset +15 .here's a link to the rims they are wit info http://www.nlmotoring.com/XXR-501-Wh...p/50168087.htm ...can someone please tell me what tires I should run with these rims on my 1989 bmw 325i . Its on springs , so its lowered about an inch and a half front and back . I heard 205/45/16 would be good .. But I have to stretch the tire ? I'm not sure what to use with these !!i am running on vogtland springs , regular shocks . only lowered about 1.2 inches , no higher then 1.41989 bmw 325i
