13 inch wheels

so i've always wanted an e21 and I will pick one up eventually. I kinda go hunter gatherer in my car builds and grab stuff when i find it. I stumbled onto these wheels and was curious if they would fit over my e30 brakes aka could i swap these back and forth so i could change up wheels/styles etc?

depending on the curbing/bends i just may. I'm digging them
